ADHD Buddy – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ADHD Buddy platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ADHD Buddy provides AI-powered voice call and SMS reminders to support productivity. Calls are processed using Vapi.ai, which may include recording, transcription, and analysis.

Important: ADHD Buddy is not a medical or therapeutic service and does not provide health advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to use the Service.

4. User Consent & Responsibilities

• You consent to automated voice calls and SMS messages.
• You consent to voice call recording and analysis via Vapi.ai.
• You agree not to misuse the Service.
• You are solely responsible for your outcomes and tasks.
• SMS Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply. ADHD Buddy is not responsible for any carrier fees.

5. No Medical Advice – Disclaimer

ADHD Buddy does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Use of the Service does not establish a provider-client relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential, related to Service use. Maximum liability is CAD $100 or the amount you paid in the past year, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to hold ADHD Buddy and Vapi.ai harmless against any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination and Modifications

We may suspend or terminate the Service or update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the latest Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec.
